Job Description Revolution Fence Company is expanding our fabrication capabilities and seeking a highly motivated Fabrication & Operations Lead to help design, implement, and manage our fabrication shop processes. This role blends hands-on welding/fabrication with building scalable systems, procedures, and team capability to deliver custom gate fabrication, railing, dumpster enclosures, and other small-scale metalwork. Job Description Welder Position We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The welder will be responsible for assembling and joining metal and aluminum components using various welding techniques while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience with welding equipment, the ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail. Job DescriptionA Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Jack and Bore Welder for our large heavy civil project located in Cape Coral, FL. As a Welder you will be responsible for various welding activities on active construction sites. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience welding non-pressurized pip (36" to 60") using a Miller Trial Boss stick welding with the ability to also run flux core dual shield mig. All applicants should hold an active D1.1 6G certification. When not welding, employees will assist with general boring operations including preparing the bore pit, moving pipe, and other labor duties such as spiking, anchoring, and surfacing.
