Position Overview The Part-Time Marketing, Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting content production, customer engagement, outreach, and program development initiatives across the MOBIUS CONNECT community. This hybrid role blends marketing support, sales-oriented outreach, content coordination, media production assistance, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable performing outreach, tracking leads, supporting program development, and maintaining excellent communication with team members, contributors, and community partners. Primary Responsibilities Marketing & Content Coordination • Assist in planning and coordinating content across MOBIUS CONNECT websites and marketing channels., • Support the creation of audio, video, and written content, including webinars, interviews, Q&A sessions, and podcasts., • Host or support virtual recording sessions and live online events., • Draft weekly scripts for webinars, interviews, and marketing segments., • Review published content to ensure accuracy, quality, and strong brand alignment., • Provide creative insight and messaging support for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns., • Coordinate production and distribution of newsletters and promotional campaigns., • Assist with special programs such as WOW (Week of Webinars), 9 Minutes of Knowledge, and Industry Research projects. Customer Service & Community Engagement • Serve as a point of contact for contributors, brand ambassadors, community members, and event participants., • Deliver exceptional customer support through written and verbal communication., • Build and maintain strong relationships with contributors, ambassadors, and prospective partners., • Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience across all community channels., • Capture accurate details in HubSpot CRM to support follow-up, tracking, and relationship building., • Support community engagement initiatives through timely communication, updates, and touchpoints. Sales & Outreach Support • Assist in outreach efforts to prospective contributors, advertisers, partners, and event participants., • Support administrative tasks tied to program development, including tracking outreach, updating CRM records, and organizing program materials., • Assist in identifying new opportunities using CRM data, industry insights, and communication with community members., • Coordinate and support direct marketing initiatives designed to nurture leads and promote live events, advertising opportunities, and new programs., • Provide follow-up communication to maintain momentum with prospects and partners. Administrative & Cross-Team Support • Collaborate daily with the MOBIUS CONNECT Marketing and Event teams to support ongoing initiatives., • Assist with administrative reporting, data entry, tracking progress, and preparing program materials. Required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Hospitality, or a related field., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset., • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines., • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Preferred • Experience with GoToWebinar, WordPress, HubSpot CRM, YouTube, and LinkedIn., • Knowledge of audio/video recording concepts or content creation., • Experience presenting to small groups (virtual or in-person)., • Familiarity with CRM-based outreach or basic sales support tasks.
