Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Temporary Administrative Associate will provide support across administrative and customer-facing functions. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. The associate will contribute to reporting, document identification, reception coverage, and customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with Excel to add numbers to reports and maintain accuracy in data entry., • Identify and manage loan documents with precision., • Provide reception coverage, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls., • Deliver customer-facing support with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset., • Use Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) on a daily basis for reporting, documentation, and communication., • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion., • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail., • Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written., • Positive attitude and willingness to support team needs.
