Job Description Recruiter / Talent Coordinator (Hybrid – Technical Recruiting & Operations) Duluth, MN | Contract / Contract-to-Hire Opportunity $25–$35/hr based on experience | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We get it—job searching takes time and attention. At Kelly®, we’re here to make it easier. We’re seeking a Recruiter / Talent Coordinator to support a premier client in Duluth, MN. This is a hybrid role combining full-cycle recruiting, interview coordination, and talent operations support. The assignment begins as a temporary role (3–9 months) with potential to extend or convert based on performance and business needs. Schedule & Work Environment • Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, • 100% on site - Duluth Recruiting & Talent Acquisition • Source, attract, and engage engineering, aerospace, and technical talent using Indeed and other recruiting tools, • Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and evaluate qualifications (skills, experience, salary expectations), • Conduct phone screens and support hiring decisions, • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team, • Assist with job postings, advertising, and employer branding efforts, • Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams, • Manage scheduling logistics across calendars, time zones, and changing priorities, • Prepare and send professional interview confirmations and calendar invites, • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, • Communicate updates, next steps, and feedback clearly and promptly, • Support hiring teams with reminders, updates, and coordination, • Conduct reference checks and background screenings (including foreign national checks), • Coordinate drug tests, physicals, and pre-employment requirements, • Support I-9 processing, onboarding tasks, and new hire orientation logistics, • Maintain compliance and accuracy across all pre-hire activities, • Maintain and update ATS systems (iCIMS) and HR systems (UKG), • Track and maintain recruiting metrics (applicant flow, interviews, hires, time-to-fill, etc.), • Process invoices and manage vendor-related documentation, • Maintain employee personnel files and recruiting documentation, • Experience in technical, engineering, or aerospace recruiting (preferred), • 1–2+ years in a high-volume coordination, recruiting, or HR support role (required), • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred), • Experience using ATS systems and reporting tools, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret recruiting metrics, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Blend of recruiting, coordination, and HR operations, • Opportunity to gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle, • Work with a supportive, team-oriented environment, • Build valuable experience with systems, metrics, and compliance processes Recruiting Coordinator • Talent Acquisition Coordinator • HR Coordinator • Talent Operations Coordinator • People Operations Coordinator • Human Resources Coordinator • Recruiting Assistant • HR Assistant Company DescriptionKelly helps companies recruit and manage skilled workers and helps job seekers find great work in industries such as accounting and finance, education, engineering, government, manufacturing and production, technology, and more.
