Job Description Technician I Position Overview The Technician I supports pilot-scale chemical testing by assisting with the setup, operation, teardown, and cleaning of process equipment and systems. Job Description This position operates a Machine and produce food products within specifications as required on the daily schedule. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for producing food products within the specified quality requirements. · Startup equipment, turn ovens on, set computer panel for flour flow. · Check cutting wires and plastic rings. · Monitor baking process and product appearance at all times. · Be prepared to make product changes as needed. Lead Person will inform operator of changes. · Perform changeovers from different type of flours, shutting down silos and starting up the dump station system (PIAB). · Dump flour in bags when using dump station system (PIAB). · Repair / replace cutting wires as needed (repair / replace time 10-15 minutes). · Follow production schedule as indicated by Lead or Supervisor. · End of Shift-disconnect machinery, store tools, silicon is stored in Supervisor’s office, shut down gas in ovens. · Complete all production reports / forms. · Empties barrels as needed. · Maintain the work area clean. · Perform other duties as assigned. Job Description Growing St. Cloud area company seeking to hire welders / welding machine operators to their team! We are looking for candidates on Weekend Shift (7am-7pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday). These are full-time, long-term roles, we are looking for career oriented individuals. Candidates are eligible to receive full benefits package after completion of probation period. These positions are not typical welding roles. The majority of these roles are operating machines that do the welding, and then there is some manual TIG welding to touch things up (roughly 85% machine operating, and 15% manual welding). All of the welding is done on smaller parts, there is no heavy lifting at all for these roles. The manual welding is mostly TIG welding. This is a great spot for someone who does not want any heavy lifting and someone who does not want to be dirty after work. Pay is based on previous experience and weld test. We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of professional welding experience OR related education.
