ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Specialist to be part of our Corporate Concierge team.This full-time role is based onsite at the headquarters of a world-renowned Fortune 500 technology company in Dallas, offering a highly professional and prestigious corporate environment. In this role, you will work on research requests ranging from travel planning to event ticket sales, gift recommendations, event planning, and on-site services coordination. Please note that this is not a remote position and requires on-site presence full-time; the hourly pay is $21.63. TRAVEL SPECIALIST & CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Fulfill a wide range of lifestyle and travel requests for clients, • Conduct research on lifestyle requests, including travel planning (domestically and internationally), • Book complex travel, including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and more, • Assist with completing inventory audits for merchandise and event/attraction tickets., • Support our clients brand awareness by promoting local attraction tickets, merchandise swag, and order fulfillment., • Assist in contributing content to the marketing collateral to promote the concierge service to clients, • Document all request data, update client preferences as needed, and maintain vendor database on an ongoing basis, • Achieve personal and team goals every month that are set by your manager, • Provide account coverage in manager's absence, • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, • As an ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand, • Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment, • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality, • Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization TRAVEL SPECIALIST & CONCIERGE JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 1 year of travel planning experience with an emphasis on client facing preferred, • Experience with international and domestic destination experience required, • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, • Strong Internet research including travel, event coordination and identifying top quality pros, • Salesforce or other robust CRMs, • PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software preferred, • Strong verbal and/or written communication with strong attention to detail, • Excellent organizational skills and time management, • Ability to work effectively in the position, • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize Why Join Us?
