Job Summary The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation is the strategic leader and hands-on owner of TransTech’s ERP strategy, implementation, and enterprise systems operating model. This high-impact, highly visible role blends strategic leadership with direct execution and technical engagement across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Job Costing, and Reporting. This role is newly created to both transform our ERP roadmap and to provide succession planning for the Director of Information Technology role. This individual is expected to be comfortable working directly within ERP environments—supporting configuration, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives—while also strategically leading roadmap planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Senior Financial Business Analyst is a strategic partner who integrates business processes with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise to support organizational decision-making. By combining insights from operations with in-depth financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, the analyst leads the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and financial systems. This role requires strong analytical capabilities to assess complex business challenges and translate them into actionable financial and operational solutions.
