We’re looking for a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients and prospects. - Confirm, reschedule, or follow up with clients as needed. - Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to set up appointments. - Maintain accurate records of all appointments and client interactions in CRM software - Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments align with business goals. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM tools. - Self-starter with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
