GNC is seeking Time and Attendance Analyst which will play a critical role in managing GNC’s workforce ecosystem, spanning corporate offices, Retail locations (including Puerto Rico), Distribution Centers, and Military locations. This position ensures accurate, compliant, and timely timekeeping and scheduling across all business units. This position serves as the subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Manager with Optimize Scheduler and will be a key contributor to the ongoing migration from eTime to Workforce Manager. This role leads system configuration, compliance monitoring, troubleshooting, scheduling optimization, training, reporting, and process improvement to support payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do: This is a Full-Time Salary Position System Administration & Configuration • Administer ADP Workforce Manager with Optimize Scheduler., • Configure and maintain pay rules, accrual profiles, holiday rules, scheduling templates, predictability pay requirements, and jurisdiction-specific labor settings., • Configure and maintain schedule groups, workload templates, shift rules, and forecasting tools within Optimize Scheduler., • Maintain assignment rules, employee group setups, user roles, and approval workflows., • Ensure integration accuracy between timekeeping, payroll, and HRIS systems., • Monitor daily synchronization between timekeeping and payroll systems; research and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines., • Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits for accuracy in punches, approvals, pay codes, termination payouts, and schedule exceptions., • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and Puerto Rico labor laws, including scheduling, overtime, and paid leave requirements., • Partner with Legal, HR, and Operations to meet military contract requirements, predictability pay regulations, and jurisdictional labor rules., • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for managers and employees on timekeeping and scheduling issues., • Develop SOPs, user guides, and job aids for time and scheduling processes., • Create dashboards, scheduled reports, and ad-hoc analytics for time, attendance, and scheduling metrics., • Lead or support projects related to time and attendance, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives., • Serve as a key contributor to the migration from ADP eTime to ADP Workforce Manager with Optimize Scheduler., • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and ensure readiness for go-live. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: • Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely., • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear, • Sedentary work. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering enterprise-level time and attendance systems, including scheduling modules (ADP Workforce Manager, Optimize Scheduler, ADP eTime, UKG, Ceridian, or Kronos)., • ADP Workforce Manager/Optimize Scheduler certification (Preferred), • Experience in large, distributed workforces in retail or distribution., • Familiarity with project management and change management principles., • Hands-on experience in system migrations or implementations., • Strong knowledge of pay rules, scheduling, accruals, forecasting, and payroll integration., • Experience with compliance in multiple jurisdictions, including Puerto Rico., • Proven ability to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and execute testing across multiple environments., • Advanced Excel skills and ability to build, modify, and interpret reports., • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
