Job Description Executive Administrative Assistant – Financial Services The Voya Financial Advisors branch office in Pittsford, NY is looking for someone to run the day-to-day operations of our busy financial services firm. This is an in-office position. The Office Coordinator will manage schedules, prepare advisors for meetings, maintain our client database, track all pending account changes/transactions, answer phones, respond to client requests, manage inbound and outbound mail, order office supplies, and generally offer support wherever it is needed. This person should be flexible, organized, outgoing, customer-service oriented, tech savvy, resourceful, and able to work independently once trained. This can be a full-time position, but it doesn’t have to be. We are a small entrepreneurial firm, where we work to live, not live to work.
