Job Description Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Onsite (No Remote) Compensation: $15hr - $18hr Hours: Monday - Thursday 10am to 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: • Greet Visitors, • Answer phone, • Maintain conference room schedule for office, • Asist advisors and staff with general office needs, • Assist with incoming and outgoing packages and freight door access, • Work with IT with printer as needed, • Update WI-F posting monthly, • Upkeep of building appearance including but not limited to; front desk area, conference rooms, and kitchen area and common areas, • Assist with setting up and take down of office special events and luncheons, • Work with building maintenance and staff for building needs and requests, following up as needed, • Validate and keep record of guest parking, • Maintain Agency listings, Birthday List and Cards, Staff Directory, Agency Directory, Office Seating Chart, Parking and Deactivated Parking, • Work with building staff for all agent parking / building access, deactivations, overnight parking and needs, • Knowledge of galleria and amenity’s locations in each tower, • Daily incoming mail and sorting, • Daily outgoing mail, • Monthly Postage log sent to Bookkeeper, • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, monthly order sent to Manager, • Maintain office keys, • Oversea iron mountain schedule, pick-ups and files requests as needed, • Maintain vending machines as needed, • Upkeep and maintenance of coffee machine, • Create and send correspondence as needed Who This Role is Perfect For • Energetic and Outgoing individuals, • Someone looking for part-time work with potential to go full-time, • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals, • Strong communicators who enjoy helping others, • Self-starters who thrive in a flexible, fast paced environment #LI-SF1 #LI-MC1
