Trinity Valley School (TVS) seeks a relational, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid to serve as a key leader within the Enrollment Management team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, this role plays a central part in stewarding Middle and Upper School families through the admissions process while overseeing the administration of financial aid for both current and prospective families. This is a highly relational and visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, service, and operational excellence. The Assistant Director serves as a trusted guide for prospective families, collaborates closely with school leadership and admissions committees, and ensures that financial aid processes are managed with integrity, discretion, and care. The right person for this role is warm, organized, and thoughtful, someone who builds trust easily, manages details with precision, and believes deeply in the transformative power of independent school education. What You'll Do Admissions Leadership & Family Stewardship • Serve as a trusted, responsive, and empathetic point of contact for prospective Middle School (Grades 5–8) and Upper School (Grades 9–12) families., • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the application review process in partnership with the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management., • Provide engaging and informative campus tours., • Direct and enhance student experience during the admissions journey, including interviews, shadow days, and ambassador connections., • Collaborate closely with the Heads of Middle and Upper School and Admissions Committees to ensure mission-aligned and thoughtful enrollment decisions., • Partner with colleagues to design and execute compelling admissions events that authentically showcase the TVS experience., • Oversee all aspects of financial aid file review for both current and prospective families., • Analyze applications and make recommendations to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management and the Financial Aid Committee., • Manage and present financial aid data clearly and accurately to school leadership., • Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable federal and state regulations regarding student and family information., • Lead the Student Ambassador Program, selecting, training, and mentoring student leaders who represent TVS with confidence and authenticity. This role requires occasional evening and weekend commitments in support of admissions events and school activities.
