Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition on a 100% commission basis. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing new clients. This is a high-reward role for someone with a proven track record in B2B services sales. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify prospective clients (small and medium-sized businesses) that could benefit from fractional CFO services., • Reach decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, business owners) via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals., • Present the value of our services and close deals independently., • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track activity using CRM tools., • Provide insights from the market to help refine our offerings. Requirements: • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or finance., • Comfortable with high-value deals and long sales cycles., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently., • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Compensation: • 100% commission-based. Earn a flat fee equivalent to one month’s service fee per client upon closing., • Potential for repeat commission or bonus for clients retained beyond the initial engagement., • Flexible schedule – you control your pipeline and earning potential.     We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to help distribute marketing materials throughout Queens and Long Island City. This is a great opportunity to earn quick cash with the potential for ongoing monthly work! What You'll Be Doing: Posting bandit signs, mini billboards, and marketing stickers in high-visibility locations throughout Queens and Long Island City Distributing flyers throughout designated areas Responsible for placing a total of 100 marketing materials during your shift Taking photos of each placement as proof of job completion What We Provide: All marketing materials (signs, stickers, flyers, mini billboards) Tape and zip ties for posting Coverage Area: This job requires you to cover Queens and Long Island City. You must have reliable transportation to move between locations efficiently. Specific posting zones will be provided upon hiring. Pay & Hours: $200 flat pay for the job Estimated time: 4–8 hours Payment upon completion and receipt of photo proof Proof of Completion Required: To receive payment, you must submit a photo of each sign, sticker, flyer, or billboard placed. Photos must clearly show the material posted and its location. No photos = no payment. This is non-negotiable. Potential for Ongoing Work: If you do a great job and submit clean photo documentation, we will bring you on for regular monthly sign-posting routes throughout Queens and Long Island City. This could turn into consistent, recurring income for the right person! What We're Looking For: Reliable and hardworking Able to work independently without supervision Must have reliable transportation to cover Queens and Long Island City Physically able to walk and post materials for several hours Comfortable using your phone to take and submit photos Must be punctual and take the job seriously

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship management, stays on top of details, and communicates with professionalism. Prior experience in a business, administrative, or communications role is welcome — no finance background required. Responsibilities • Maintain and update investor contacts and interaction history in Folk CRM, • Draft and send investor updates, follow-ups, and outreach communications, • Schedule investor meetings and prepare agendas and briefing materials, • Track follow-up actions from calls and ensure timely completion, • Organize and maintain the investor document folder (decks, reports, legal docs), • Distribute materials to investors as needed and keep the data room current, • Research prospective investors and track outreach pipeline activity What We're Looking For • Strong written communication skills and a professional, polished tone, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities, • Discretion when handling confidential information, • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), • Experience with CRM tools (Folk or similar) is a plus, but we'll train the right person, • Current students in NYC area colleges are welcome to apply How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about yourself.
