Setting up the service for success and ease., • Change patient status within our dental system to notify the team that their patient has arrived., • Announce to the specific team on the radio that their patient is ready to be brought to the operatory for scheduled treatment., • Before patient scheduled appointments, check to make sure all needed paperwork is completed and if not, follow up with patients., • Scan any patient documents and move to patient file, if needed., • Take picture of arriving patients and update ID's as needed in patient file., • Comfortable with keeping up to date with email communications as the day goes on., • Keep abreast of wait times and communicate accordingly with patients in reception.
