Job Description Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient practice located in Fayetteville, NY. You will be joining a collaborative and well-resourced team dedicated to providing care to patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, geriatric, and women's health services. Practice Overview - Fayetteville: Situated at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care facility provides: • Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, • Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions, • Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings, • Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears, • A collaborative, team-oriented clinical environmentHighlights:, • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, • Shared rotational call among physicians, • A physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Operating Committee, • Supportive of physicians interested in education and mentorship, • Utilization of the EPIC EMR system with strong clinical and administrative backing, • A modern, fully equipped office with convenient on-site parkingRequirements:, • New York State medical licensure and DEA certification, • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, • Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000, • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned above., • Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid as a one-time amount in the first payroll month following the start of employment, • Retention Bonus:, • $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary, • $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary, • Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month, • Medical, vision, and dental insurance, • Paid malpractice insurance with post-employment tail coverage, • CME time with an annual expense allowance of $4,500, • Generous Paid Time Off, • Retirement savings plan with a substantial employer match, • Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
