Join a school-based therapy role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving school-aged students in New Windsor, New York for the 20252026 academic year. Location: New Windsor, NY Schedule: Full-time, 32.535 hours per week Duration: 20252026 school year Setting: School-based Key Responsibilities: • Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication challenges, • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and adhere to relevant state educational standards, • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student progress and generalization of skills, • Participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings to provide expert recommendations, • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, • Current New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure, • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered, • Experience with school-based therapy, pediatrics, or familiarity with DOE and CSE processes is highly desirable, • Competitive hourly pay starting at $55 (final rate based on experience and credentials), • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, • Professional mentorship provided by licensed clinical experts within the organization
