The Senior Manager, HR Administration – Franchise Support leads centralized HR operations for the franchise network, overseeing payroll processing, recruiting support services, and systems training. This role ensures franchisees have the tools, knowledge, and best practices needed to effectively manage their workforce.This position drives consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across all franchise HR functions, ensuring payroll accuracy and supporting effective recruiting practices. In this role, you will oversee the Home Office FMLA administration and workers’ compensation, as well as supporting the Home Office team with benefits and other HR tasks as needed.By providing optimal approaches and standardized processes, the Senior Manager enables franchisees to focus on growing their businesses while maintaining strong, compliant people practices.What You’ll Do in this Role.HR Administration & Franchise Support Leadership • Lead and develop the PATH (Payroll, Administration and Talent Hub) support teams serving the franchise network, • Act as a strategic partner to franchisees, providing guidance on best practices, • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality HR administrative services across all locations, • Oversee the payroll team responsible for accurate and timely weekly payroll processing, • Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws and payroll regulations, • Maintain oversight of payroll systems, including ADP and Paycor, • Partner with the Finance team and franchisees to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve processesFranchise Talent Support, • Lead the franchise recruiting support team responsible for training franchises on proven methods, • Provide best practice consultation on hiring strategies, onboarding processes, and workforce planning, • Ensure effective training and utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across the franchise network, • Monitor hiring trends and provide insights to assist franchisees improve recruiting outcomesHR Systems & Training, • Oversee training and support for HR systems, including Zywave, HRIS, Payroll and ATS platforms, • Ensure franchisees are fully equipped to utilize HR tools effectively and compliantly, • Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation, • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of HR technologiesCustomer Service & Franchise Support, • Oversee delivery of best-in-class customer service to franchisees, ensuring a high-quality and responsive support experience, • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for the ticketing system are consistently met, • Monitor and respond to franchisee needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, • Identify trends in support requests and implement process improvements to enhance service deliveryTeam Leadership & Development, • Lead, coach, and develop a team of PATH professionals, • Establish performance goals and ensure accountability for service delivery, • Foster a culture of collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvementEmployee Support (Home Office), • Support home office employees with leave of absence administration, including coordination, documentation, and communication, • Oversee and assist with workers’ compensation (WC) processes, including claim coordination and follow-up, • Assist with HR and benefits functions as needed. *This job description does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the position.
