Job DescriptionThe Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the clinical practice both administratively and operationally by working collaboratively with physicians to coordinate the patient appointments/surgeries. The PCC will support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies. The PCC will support administrative and business functions of the clinic by supporting the Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other personnel to ensure that all needs are being met. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • The PCC has the responsibility to carry out duties as directed by My Houston Surgeons., • Communicates on a regular basis with the designated My Houston Surgeons Supervisor(s)., • Alerts Supervisor(s) and seeks assistance when an activity or process change within the clinic changes or deviates from the current process., • Follows and always maintains patient confidentiality appropriate with HIPAA compliance standards., • Schedules appointments for patients from varying avenues to include but not limited to building rapport with patient, discussing fees, and educating patient on procedures., • Answers inquiries through physician specific website email inquiries and other avenues. Updates surgery orders as needed., • Coordinates surgery dates with other surgeons PCC’s and books accordingly., • Coordinates surgical assists as needed per surgeon request., • Arranges special equipment for procedures to include but not limited to implants, machinery, etc. Ensures that appropriate personnel are notified as needed., • Monitors surgeon’s schedules daily to assess if appointments need to be moved, any errors in scheduling, or appointments that may need additional information. Communicates with front desk and surgeons daily., • Ensures pick sheets for procedures are sent when surgeries are being done at new surgery facilities., • Attends training sessions as needed to increase knowledge base and skill level for the position., • Some tasks include filing, scanning, shredding, faxing, copying, mailing, data entry, etc. as needed, • Ability to multitask while still maintaining a high level of proficiency and accuracy., • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis., • Schedules meetings/lunches with vendors with the Purchasing Coordinator and Physicians as needed. Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager. Key Responsibilities as Director of Compliance: Regulatory Program Management • Develop, maintain, and audit compliance policies, procedures, manuals, and supervisory frameworks., • Lead routine compliance monitoring across SEC Advisers Act obligations, including: trade surveillance, personal trading review, gifts & entertainment, conflicts, privacy, marketing, and records retention., • Direct annual and interim compliance reviews, testing cycles, and audits., • Oversee Form ADV filings, updates, disclosures, and related reporting., • Conduct enterprise-level compliance risk assessments., • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitoring tools, and control frameworks., • Coordinate SEC and state regulatory examinations, requests, and responses., • Manage preparation, document collection, and remediation initiatives., • Lead compliance initiatives related to new products, services, technology, and geographic expansion., • Drive firmwide adoption of regulatory changes (e.g., Advertising Rule, Form CRS, privacy rules)., • Manage compliance onboarding procedures for acquisitions, new advisor teams, and new offices., • Develop and deliver firmwide training on regulatory requirements, ethics, and compliance best practices., • Partner with operations, advisory, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment with compliance controls., • Provide real-time guidance to advisors, planners, and leadership. What You Bring as Director of Compliance: • 5-10+ years proven experience in a Director of Compliance role, ideally within wealth management, • Preferred Credentials: CRCM, CAMS, IACCP, Securities registrations (Series 65, 7, 24) a plus, JR or legal/regulatory background strongly preferred but not required., • Deep knowledge of the SEC Advisers Act rules and industry regulations., • Experience supporting or leading regulatory exams., • Proven track record of building and enhancing compliance programs at scale., • Capable of driving major compliance initiatives with minimal supervision., • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills, • Strong written and verbal communication skills required., • Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively, • High ethical standards and sound professional judgment. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office Salary: $180,000, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments.
