Reporting to the RVA Manager, the Supervisor oversees and optimizes the performance of Motional's autonomous vehicles by managing a remote operator team and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of operational protocols. As a front-line leader, the Supervisor is expected to elevate team productivity and foster growth through the implementation of superior operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Emphasizing research and development, commercialization, revenue generation, and product enhancement, the Supervisor will drive efficiency by introducing new tools and technologies, while aligning cost-efficiency initiatives with Motional's values and commitment to a driverless future.
