About the Role We’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support PrePass’s Legal & Compliance department by performing a broad range of corporate governance, contract management, and compliance-related responsibilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external partners to support both day-to-day legal operations and strategic initiatives across the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring corporate records are maintained accurately, contracts are processed efficiently, and the company remains compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. This role operates in a hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration expected at the Phoenix headquarters. The position may be fully remote for the right candidate, with periodic travel to the corporate headquarters based on an agreed-upon cadence. Essential Responsibilities Contract Management • Review, draft, and process a variety of agreements, including customer contracts, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, service agreements, amendments, and renewals., • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, redlining, execution, and archival processes (e.g., DocuSign workflows)., • Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, insurance requirements, and related compliance obligations., • Maintain and update corporate records, entity filings, organizational charts, and compliance calendars., • Prepare and file annual reports, state registrations, and business licenses., • Organize and maintain due diligence materials for corporate transactions, audits, or regulatory inquiries., • Support the legal team by compiling corporate documents, contracts, organizational information, and regulatory filings., • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating corporate policies, standard templates, and compliance documentation., • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance programs, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and other regulatory requirements., • Conduct legal and regulatory research related to corporate, commercial, and compliance matters., • Summarize research findings and prepare briefing materials for attorney review., • Organize legal files, contract repositories, and internal databases., • Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and third parties., • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program., • Three (3) or more years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate, commercial, or in-house legal department., • Strong working knowledge of corporate governance, contract structure, and legal terminology., • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills., • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, contract management systems, and electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign). Preferred • Experience in SaaS, technology, or other highly regulated industries., • Familiarity with data privacy, information security, or compliance frameworks., • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, transactional due diligence, or multi-state corporate filings. About the Role We’re seeking a Manager of Customer Training and Enablement to build and scale our customer education function. This role is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive, customer‑facing training ecosystem that enables faster onboarding, stronger product adoption, and long‑term customer success. This individual will own the strategy and execution of customer education initiatives, including a customer LMS, training content, webinars, and help center resources. They will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to ensure customers have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, while also leading and developing a Customer Training Specialist. This is a hybrid position based out of our [Phoenix, AZ] office Essential Responsibilities Customer Training Strategy & Program Ownership • Define and execute a scalable customer education strategy aligned to customer lifecycle stages., • Establish clear learning objectives, success metrics, and feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness., • Ensure training programs support customer adoption, retention, and reduced support dependency. Essential Responsibilities CI/CD Pipeline Management • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows., • Integrate pipelines with Azure and AWS services to enable multi-cloud deployments., • Ensure pipelines are reusable, templated, and well-documented to support team-wide adoption. Job Description Who we are: EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is an industry leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing valued community services and resources for behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention since 1987. We are an EEO/AA Employer. What you’ll do: Our SMI Case Management Navigator will provide outreach and engagement and case management services. Complete assessments, service plans and implement services to consumers in accordance with their individualized service plan (ISP). Communicate and document consumer’s progress toward their recovery. Shift: M-F 8am-5pm Essential Responsibilities: • Provide outreach to members not currently engaged in services, educate, communicate, and coordinate care with consumer, their family, behavioral health, medical and dental providers, community resources and others in ensuring that all services prescribed in the individualized service plan are implemented., • Provide assistance in maintaining, monitoring and modifying covered behavioral health services., • Provide brief telephone or face to face interactions with a person, family or other involved party for the purpose of screening and assessing for level of care., • Provide assistance in finding necessary resources other than covered services to meet basic needs., • Serve as a point of contact for behavioral health services and to ensure ongoing collaboration including the communication of appropriate clinical information with other involved parties as appropriate and coordination of care with a person’s family, behavioral and general medical and dental health care providers, community resources, and other involved supports including educational, social, judicial, community and other State agencies., • Provide transportation to consumer as appropriate and determined by the clinical team. What you’ll do: Our entry level Crisis Transition Navigator (CTN) works with individuals who have received services from the Maricopa County crisis system (Non-Title XIX and Title XIX-Non-SMI Adults). The Crisis Transition Navigator serves as a bridge to ongoing services by coordinating and monitoring RBHA/Community-based resources and facilitates delivery of these necessary services and supports. The goal of the CTN is to provide individuals who are voluntary and able to give informed consent, assistance in accessing post-crisis services to assist with food, housing, financial stability, and identifying support systems. Essential Responsibilities: • Meets with consumers of crisis services in the community as referred by specified crisis providers. Completes AHCCCS applications and/or collaboration with DES offices for persons that meet AHCCCS eligibility criteria. Assists in mapping out the most appropriate next steps for the individual who may need assistance in accessing various other providers or community based services after their initial crisis has passed, including development of a Crisis Navigation Plan (CNP). The plan will be self-directed by the recipient and coordinated with the CTN. The CTN will follow up and assist with implementation of the needs identified in the CNP. Will review and monitor recipient progress., • Develops and collaborates with an extensive network of Community Based and RBHA resources. The CTN must know how to access various social/behavioral health community based services that can include but are not limited to: food, clothing, housing, support services, and Outpatient Crisis Stabilization/Transition services. This can also include making necessary appointments, assisting with scheduling or arranging SMI evaluations and Outpatient Stabilization/Transition services when applicable., • Maintains accurate and thorough documentation in progress notes and in the client's Crisis Navigation Plan (CNP)., • Serves as a short term recovery coach, helping the participant develop and implement self-directed recovery plan, sharing experience, providing support, teaching self-management techniques and reassurance., • Facilitating appointments with treatment providers for behavioral health assessments when applicable., • Coordinating post-crisis/stabilization transportation., • Assisting recipients in obtaining Birth Certificates and/or other forms of acceptable identification if needed., • Identifying transportation options., • Referral for SMI evaluations when criteria are met., • Coordinating housing with community shelters, apartments, and housing facilities., • Recommends to the Program Coordinator or Manager changes that would improve service delivery.
