Role: Customer Success Manager (CSM) Reports to: Regional Director of Sales, East FLSA: Exempt Location: Remote Why is this role important at Genesee Scientific? Our Customer Success Managers drive the sales of research products within our customer segment. In this role, you will primarily work virtually to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify and act on growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure profitability while achieving sales and revenue targets. What will you do: • Take ownership of the needs of our customers to build and sustain strong customer relationships, • Execute plans to meet annual sales and gross margin goals, • Drive implementation and growth of e-procurement accounts with customers, • Manage pricing to achieve financial targets, • Independently make decisions while leveraging available resources to fulfill customer requirements, fostering seamless collaboration with cross functional teams, • Monitor competitor and industry activity, staying updated on new products/services and relevant customer information to integrate into the business plan, • Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of territory, • Report customer issues or potential problems and completes additional tasks assigned by the manager, • Provide customers with updates on supply and price trends, aiding inventory management, and offer consultative support, • Maintain a positive representation of Genesee Scientific during all interactions at customer sites Requirements: What you will bring: • Bachelor’s degree in business, science or equivalent experience, • One plus years of customer-facing experience in supporting and nurturing relationships and solving problems; experience in life sciences, medical or biotech sales - lab experience a plus, • Demonstrated success in driving engagement with prospects virtually, leveraging CRM and other modern tools to advance prospects along the qualification journey, • Proven track record or demonstrated ability to effectively deliver sales and marketing information that influences customer decision making, • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus, • Results orientated, strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: • Primarily sedentary work on a computer in a home office environment, • Minimal travel up to 10% within the territory, and may include occasional overnight travel At Genesee Scientific, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career. Job Description We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions. The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client’s oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients. Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US., • Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning., • Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers., • Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources., • Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders., • Adaptability to Oncology Advances: Complete training to understand the disease state and positioning of our client’s product., • Travel to Medical Offices and Hospitals (80%) some overnight travel may be necessary, • Hours (40 Hours per week potentially including weekend medical meetings) #LI-CG1 Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. • BA/BS from an accredited college or university required - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred, • Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience with at least 1 year in oncology experience with an understanding of the integrated oncology network., • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred, • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography, • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers, • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities, • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred, • Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, • Ability to travel approximately 30% as needed to cover territory- up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required., • Clinical Knowledge: Ability to complete a clinical product sell, • Established Relationships: A proven track record in territory., • Technology/Equipment: Strong knowledge of VEEVA systems.
