Set your schedule between the hours of 8:45AM and 4PM. No nights or weekends!, • Paid time off (PTO) accrues even for part-time staff. Position Summary Jowonio School is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide direct physical therapy services to preschool-aged children in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The PTA works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting childrens gross motor development in both therapy and classroom settings. Key Responsibilities • Deliver direct therapy sessions per students IEPs (~25 sessions/week)., • Monitor progress and collaborate on skill evaluations., • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily notes and letters of justification., • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to ensure coordinated support., • Fit and maintain adaptive equipment., • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a transdisciplinary approach. Other related duties may be assigned as needed to support classroom and school functions.
