Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner - Neurology Onsite/Remote: Onsite – Los Angeles, CA Clinic Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM 5 × 8‑hour shifts • Shifts available:, • 8–4 PM, • 9–5 PM Description of Company: Our client is a concierge medicine company focused on prevention, longevity, and personalized care. Our client provides comprehensive services including primary care, advanced diagnostics, specialty care, urgent care, imaging, and home visits delivered by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-touch, patient-centered medicine. Salary/Hourly Rate: $160,000 – $190,000 annually, based on experience Position Overview: Our client is seeking experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Neurology team at a new, state-of-the-art Los Angeles clinic opening in 2026. This is a founding team opportunity for clinicians passionate about preventive care, collaboration, and clinical excellence. The role involves delivering comprehensive adult care while working closely with physician leadership in a fast-growing, innovative healthcare environment. Responsibilities for Physician Assistant • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing, • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, • Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, • Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests, • Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling, • Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, IV insertion, vaccinations, and EKGs, • Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and specialty providers to ensure continuity of care, • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, • Participate in home visits on an as-needed basis, • Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional practice standards Required Experience/Skills: • Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing PA-C, • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association), • Strong internal medicine knowledge and adult patient care experience, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, • Flexibility to provide occasional weekend coverage Preferred Experience/Skills: • Background in Neurology, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine, • Experience in preventive or concierge-style healthcare models, • Comfort delivering high-touch, patient-centered care Education Requirements: • Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or NP program Benefits: • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective date of hire), • Concierge primary care membership for employees and dependents, • Fertility and family planning benefits, • Company-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitals, • Wellness and fitness perks, • 401(k) plan with 4% company match (after 6 months), • Flexible Time Off, • Continuing Medical Education (CME) and CEU support Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
