Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Initiates the "Subcontract Document Checklist" and coordinates with Document Controls to draft the contract. Reviews final contract drafts and Updates MCC and Foundation. Coordinate project team and take full responsibility for review, negotiation and execution of all subcontracts.
