DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct supervision to a team of Community Technicians. Assist Operations Coordinator with the oversight of departmental tasks and goals. BRC evaluates each individual who enters the program and links them to the housing and services that best meets their needs. Ensure that all documentation pertaining to the operation of the food services department is kept on file as pertaining to regulations. Ensure that all equipment is cleaned daily and is in operational condition. Make suggestions for new ideas concerning menus.
