The Production Assembler role is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on mechanical assembly, wiring, piping, testing, and troubleshooting. Assemblers rotate across stations, gain broad cross-training, and develop technical skills that support long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing. Core Behaviors: • Flexible – Every day may look different; you'll adapt to new builds, evolving processes, and continuous improvements., • Collaborative – You will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D as we bring new products to life., • Driven – You take pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality builds with urgency and purpose., • Agile – We move fast; our products evolve quickly, and you'll grow rapidly as we scale., • Customer-Centric – The systems you build directly power global AI, cloud, and enterprise customers., • Cross-training across electrical, mechanical, and technical disciplines, • A rapidly scaling environment with real upward mobility, • A place to grow, innovate, and build technology that matters ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assembly & Technical Work: • Assemble LiquidStack products according to work instructions, drawings, schematics, and BOMs., • Perform mechanical assembly including frames, panels, piping, fittings, and final system integration., • Perform electrical/wiring assembly including wire prep, soldering, cable routing, harnesses, and panel wiring., • Install sensors, relays, controls, and electrical components., • Follow all quality control procedures and build products within specification., • Conduct in-process and final inspections., • Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis., • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE., • Maintain an organized, efficient work area following 5S., • Rotate through all assembly stations., • Work closely with Production Leads, Engineering, and Quality., • Participate in ongoing training and multi-station certification., • Support NPI builds and engineering pilots. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Required: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset., • Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs., • Experience in one or more: mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, control panels, piping, or controls setup/testing., • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines., • Able to work independently., • Experience with systems involving fluid or gas components., • Background in HVAC, solar, high-tech assembly, or similar companies., • Experience in validation testing or troubleshooting.
