What you’ll do… We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful Microgrid Mechanical Technician to assume responsibilities for multiple Microgrid generators. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performing maintenance on power generation equipment, electrical experience as a plus. The entry-level Microgrid Mechanical Technician will coordinate with Area Managers to ensure generators are maintained, serviced, and operate for customer requirements for on demand electricity. This is a remote field position and will report to the Area Manager. Job Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing quality routine preventive maintenance service work on power generation, switchgear, and uninterrupted power source (UPS) systems in order to satisfy customer needs. This position is also responsible for completing all necessary forms and documentation associated with Customer Service Agreements (CSA) in an accurate and timely manner. The location would be out of the Pflugerville/Austin area. Experience is highly desired, A good driving history is required.
