Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusted client relationships through detailed needs assessments. Iden, • Customized Solutions: Deliver tailored recommendations in finance and wealth management, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance planning, and fee-based financial plans., • Team Collaboration: Partner with our in-house Financial Planning Team** and internal specialists to create integrated, multi-generational wealth solutions., • Portfolio Analysis: Review and analyze client portfolios on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with evolving goals and market conditions., • Market Monitoring: Track industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends to provide informed, timely guidance., • Business Development: Proactively grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives., • Onboarding Support: Lead clients through the discovery process, account setup, and required documentation. Qualifications • Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills., • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience within a financial service company., • Drive: Goal-driven mindset with demonstrated success in sales or business development., • Work Style: Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.     About the Role: We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and renter's policies. We welcome applicants who are eager to start a career in insurance—must have Personal Lines License. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage. Provide quotes, explain policy options, and assist with new and existing accounts. Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication. Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and support retention efforts. Keep accurate records and stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications: Personal Lines Insurance License Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
