We’re conducting a short-term project aimed at improving AI model understanding and safety. We're looking for experienced university-level educators across a wide range of academic fields to help evaluate how well current AI systems handle advanced, domain-specific tasks.\n\nThis work involves reviewing, editing, or authoring real-world tasks and rubrics that assess a model’s ability to perform in your field of expertise. Tasks may include course-like questions, exam-style assessments, or practical reasoning prompts that AI models should understand to be safely and effectively used in educational or professional settings.\n\nSample of Reported Job Titles:\nAssistant Professor, Associate Professor, Clinical Professor, Instructor, Lecturer, Occupational Therapy Professor, Pharmacology Professor, Physical Therapy Professor, Professor, Public Health Professor\n\nProject Structure\n-- Short-term engagement through December 29, 2025, requiring approximately 40–100 hours of flexible remote work\n-- Work begins with a paid trial lasting 2–4 days\n-- Projects are milestone-based and supported by a friendly operations team\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n-- 4+ years of full-time experience in a higher education teaching or professorial role\n-- English language fluency\n-- U.S. residency\n-- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet\n-- Comfortable with video calls, online tools, and detailed written instructions\n-- Able to independently complete structured tasks with minimal supervision\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\nPaid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\nCurrent employment in the field is NOT required
