Education: • Valid Drive's License, • In-depth understanding of OSP fiber construction methods, standards, and materials., • Ability to read and interpret telecom blueprints, splicing diagrams, and as-built documentation., • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills., • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and vendors., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and construction tracking tools (e.g., FieldWire)., • Strong time management and multitasking ability under fast-paced conditions. Work Environment This position operates primarily in outdoor field environments, including construction sites and telecom installation areas. The role may involve exposure to extreme weather, moderate noise levels, and physical activity associated with construction.
