Job Description Job Title: Receiving and Operations Support Coordinator Job Purpose and Position Overview: The Receiving and Operations Support Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient production and facility operations by managing material logistics, coordinating with multiple departments, and supporting day-to-day workflows. This position requires a strong understanding of production processes and equipment to stay informed about what tasks are being performed, when they are occurring, and what resources are needed to keep operations moving forward. Responsibilities include the receipt, inspection, organization, and distribution of incoming materials - both mechanical and electrical—ensuring they meet quality standards and are available to production teams as needed. The coordinator also manages outgoing shipments in collaboration with project and production managers, tracks inventory, and works closely with the Purchasing and Scheduling teams to align delivery timelines with production schedules. Additionally, the role involves identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. The coordinator is a coworker on a team that is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of all materials at Snow.
