Join a mission-driven team that’s committed to putting children and families first. • Position:Dropship Coordinator, • Location: San Antonio, Texas, • Analyze and monitor daily drop shipping order reports., • Troubleshoot and address any drop shipping problems, concerns, errors or delays., • Communicate and build relationships with both vendors and customers to ensure supplies are received in a timely manner via drop shipping., • Evaluate current drop shipping processes and suggest improvements for a positive customer experience., • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records., • Determines method of shipment based on time constraints and customers’ special needs., • Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers., • Picks correct products per order and prepares packages for shipping., • Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage., • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments for damage and reports to purchasing if needed., • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications., • Assists Support Services department as needed which may include delivering equipment to patients from time to time in certain locations, • Assists clinicians with locating and preparing equipment and supply needs., • Completes necessary warehouse-related paperwork., • Interacts with customers/clients, as necessary., • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies., • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990.
