We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Person with a background in the med spa industry to sell our service packages. The ideal candidate knows how to engage clients, set up virtual appointments, and promote services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Sell a variety of med spa packages, including laser hair removal, facial treatments, Botox and fillers, Laser hair removal services, and more. Set up and manage virtual appointments for potential clients. Promote and market med spa services through various channels to drive client engagement. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Stay knowledgeable about med spa services, including laser treatments, facial packages, injections, PRP hair restoration and much more. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in the med spa or beauty industry. Strong knowledge of med spa services, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, Laser hair removal, and PRP hair restoration. Ability to set up virtual appointments and manage client interactions effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Compensation: This is a commission-based position, offering competitive rates based on sales performance. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome Clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Take full charge of social media and all of the promotions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Collect and update clients information, including payment details - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing medical records - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Handle clients inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the office Skills: - Office management experience is a must - Previous experience as an medical aesthetic receptionist is a must - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Knowledge of aesthetic beauty and ability to transcribe medical records accurately - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Familiarity with administrative procedures in a medical office setting Spanish speaker is a MUST This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
