Foreman / Journeyman Plumber Location: Garland, TX Employment: Full-Time Company: NTD Mechanical Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in mentoring others, coordinating field operations, and delivering exceptional work quality. You'll play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects across North Texas. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) • Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites., • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations., • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems., • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines., • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot system issues as needed., • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes., • Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers., • Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress., • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.What You'll Bring (Qualifications), • Current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required)., • 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience., • 1–3 years of experience in a foreman or lead role preferred., • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, drawings, and schematics., • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple trades., • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license., • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.What You'll Get (Benefits), • Competitive pay based on experience and license level., • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)., • Career development and advancement opportunities within a growing company.
