University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a part-time Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to support the Pediatric Neurosurgery department at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. The schedule consists of two to three 8-hour shifts per week. NO WEEKENDS. The Pediatric Neurosurgery APP is responsible for providing advanced clinical care to pediatric patients with neurological disorders. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neurosurgical conditions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The APP will work under the supervision of pediatric neurosurgeons and will contribute to both preoperative and postoperative care, as well as ongoing patient management. We have the Team to set you up for success, if you have the drive and motivation for this exciting career specialty. \n Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n\n • Patient Care: Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients with neurological issues.
