You will report weekly and provide ongoing updates for new business opportunities and existing business, as well as market research on what the status of the territory is. The initial location of this role is targeted for the Syracuse region, but travel as far as Utica may be required. Job Description Environmental Technician Momentum Environmental provides industrial cleaning, waste management, emergency response and remediation services in the northeastern US and services a repeat blue chip customer base. The technician provides a variety of hands-on services at customer locations as part of an onsite team. The Environmental Technician (Technician) works as part of environmental field teams at customer or Momentum locations. While an entry level position, the Technician is afforded immediate opportunities to expand their skill sets and grow into higher level positions. The Oswego Area Technician reports to the Supervisor and is responsible for a wide variety of technical, safety and operational responsibilities in support of the safe and profitable execution of environmental, industrial, remediation and waste services. The Project Manager works closely with Momentum’s field teams and customers to ensure all projects are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the greatest degree of quality possible. The CDL Driver/Equipment Operator (Operator) drives or operates vocational, rolling stock equipment as part of field service crews at customer locations. The Operator is often the site leader on specific crews and works closely with operational leadership. The Operator reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for a wide variety of technical, safety and operational responsibilities in support of the safe and profitable execution of environmental, industrial, and waste services.
