Remote Business Development & Client Relations Partner — Revenue Sharing I’m looking for a reliable, professional individual to build a remote software development business with me through a long-term personal partnership. The goal is to build an additional income stream that can grow over time while allowing both of us to continue our existing professional commitments. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The business will help clients with software development, website projects, backend systems, integrations, and practical AI solutions. Over the past five years, I have developed an approach to identifying client opportunities, preparing proposals, organizing technical delivery, and building long-term relationships. I have also prepared resources to support the business’s initial development. I’m seeking a partner whose strengths complement mine: someone comfortable speaking with clients, building trust, following up on opportunities, and maintaining professional relationships. You would lead the client-facing side of our work. I would lead technical planning, development, project execution, and operational coordination. We would work together on business direction and decisions affecting our clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Attend scheduled video meetings with prospective and existing clients., • Introduce our services and discuss clients’ business needs., • Build relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-up. You would have an active role in client relationships and business development, with technical preparation and delivery support from me. MY RESPONSIBILITIES • Research and identify suitable client opportunities., • Prepare proposals, technical recommendations, and project estimates., • Lead project planning, development, testing, and delivery., • Coordinate technical resources and internal workflows., • Manage technical issues and maintain quality standards., • Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and technical explanations to support your client conversations., • Support the operational setup and development of the business. CLIENT ACQUISITION We need to use freelance marketplaces strategically as assets for growing our business. WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT • A confident communicator with strong spoken and written English., • Someone with experience in client relations, account management, sales, consulting, customer service, or business development., • A dependable person who follows through on commitments and communicates promptly., • Someone comfortable using video meetings and remote collaboration tools., • A person interested in building a business gradually through consistent effort., • Someone willing to learn enough about our services to discuss them clearly with clients. Software development experience is helpful but is not required for the client relationship role. You will need a laptop or desktop computer, reliable internet, and a suitable environment for professional video calls. TIME COMMITMENT This is a remote, part-time arrangement intended to fit around existing commitments. We will agree on availability, meeting windows, and communication expectations before starting. The workload will vary according to active opportunities and projects. Client calls will be scheduled by mutual agreement, with some availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. COMPENSATION AND PARTNERSHIP TERMS Compensation will be based on an agreed share of the income generated through our work together. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income. Before beginning, we will document the percentage, calculation method, agreed expenses, payment timing, responsibilities, and arrangements for ending the partnership. Any ownership or equity arrangement will be discussed separately. I am seeking your professional contribution and commitment. No application fee or upfront financial contribution is required from you. HOW WE WILL START We will begin with an introductory video conversation to discuss our experience, expectations, availability, and working styles. If we are a good fit, we will agree on the terms and start with a limited initial collaboration. This will give us both an opportunity to assess communication, client response, and delivery before expanding. TO EXPRESS INTEREST Please send a short introduction covering: • Your experience in client communication or business development., • Your general availability and time zone., • Why this partnership interests you., • What you would like to understand before moving forward. I’m looking for someone who values honest communication, shared responsibility, and the opportunity to grow a business together.
