The Casting Director manages all aspects of the casting process, from creating casting calls to negotiating contracts. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Casting Director, Casting Associate, or similar role. * In-depth knowledge of the acting industry and talent representation. * Strong eye for talent and ability to assess acting ability. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Familiarity with casting platforms (e.g., Casting Networks, Breakdown Services). * Knowledge of union guidelines (e.g., SAG-AFTRA, Equity) preferred. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Film, Theater, Communications, or a related field. * Experience across multiple formats (TV, film, theater, digital media). * Existing network of talent agents and managers. * Bilingual - Chinese / English Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
