The role ensures the accurate and timely execution of cash management, the administration of Shares Held Elsewhere (SHE) assets, benefit payments, and other trust-related operational activities. Job Description Position Summary The Privacy Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the Bank’s enterprise privacy program, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws and regulations, and embedding privacy-by-design principles across the organization. Job Description Amalgamated Bank seeks a Program Manager for Corporate Public Engagement (CPE) who will oversee program administration of the Bank’s community involvement data platform and analyze, collect and report on the Bank’s charitable giving, sponsorships and donations. This role also supports the Head of Corporate Public Engagement in maintaining community partnerships and public facing programs, including enterprise employee volunteerism, facilitating stakeholder relations, and the evolution of the Bank’s giving strategy to further the Bank’s social impact goals. Essential Job Functions: • Manage day-to-day charitable donations, grantmaking, sponsorships, and application workflows. Additionally, serve as lead and manager for the Bank’s charitable giving, sponsorship and grant management platform., • Oversee documentation, application review processes, and records management in connection with corporate giving, grants and sponsorships, • Support collaboration with applicable non-profits, community-based organizations, foundations and local government agencies focused on community service in connection with the Bank’ corporate giving and community engagement initiatives, • Assist with the planning and coordination of initiatives that support community engagement, employee volunteer initiatives, donations and board service, and other public engagement projects., • Prepare impact and financial reports, including KPIs, for senior leadership on CPE efforts, • Work with departments such as HR, CRA, Client Engagement, and Regional Offices to ensure alignment across public engagement initiatives, • Respond to CPE program inquiries from nonprofits, employees, and community groups., • Support relationship-building with nonprofit partners and community leaders., • Monitor key performance indicators and measure CPE program outcomes., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, • 5+ years in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit and community engagement or community development, • Proficiency in stakeholder management tools, grant-making platforms, donation tracking and impact reporting platforms, • Excellent project management, communication and relationship-building skills., • Data analysis, budget management, and compliance experience. Job Description Amalgamated Bank seeks a Leader of Corporate Public Engagement (CPE Leader) is responsible for shaping and executing Amalgamated Bank’s public engagement, corporate giving, and volunteerism strategy to strengthen the Bank’s reputation, public influence, and trust with key stakeholders. This role manages charitable corporate giving, oversees enterprise volunteerism and board development opportunities, and serves as a key ambassador in new and expansion markets. This role works closely with community leaders, policymakers, advocacy groups and the public on issues that align with the Bank’s mission, values and strategy. The CPE leader will be accountability for setting and meeting impact metrics that align with the Bank’s strategic priorities. Essential Job Functions: • Develop and refine the CPE impact strategy in partnership with peers and senior leaders, ensuring alignment with the bank’s broader mission, values and business objectives., • Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and reach of CPE initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership and the board., • Develop innovative partnerships and programs that advance the bank’s public engagement goals., • Oversee and allocate the bank’s charitable giving budget (excluding CRA-mandated commitments), ensuring alignment with the bank’s mission, values, and strategic priorities. Maintain a compliant and auditable giving platform for grants, donations and sponsorships., • Lead the Bank’s enterprise employee volunteerism program, fostering a culture of community service across all levels of the organization. Track and report on volunteer participation and impact, integrating these metrics into overall corporate responsibility reporting., • Introduce and facilitate connections between Bank executives, regional directors, and other relevant senior leaders with key community leaders, groups and other stakeholders in existing and new markets., • Work cross-functionally with CSR, CRA, marketing, client engagement, and regional leadership to maximize the reach and impact of CPE initiatives, including messaging and narrative around public engagement activities., • Stay informed of trends and best practices in corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred., • Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate philanthropy, CSR, nonprofit leadership, or a related discipline, preferably within a financial services context., • Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and public engagement programs and managing charitable corporate giving and developing metrics-driven impact strategies., • Strong relationship-building, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills., • Experience launching or expanding programs in new geographic markets is highly desirable., • Proficiency in stakeholder management tools, grant-making platforms, donation tracking and impact reporting platforms, • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills., • Experience managing a team. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $200,000– $240,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
