Recruiter Job Summary: An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Recruiter at Rezolut Corporate headquarters located in Pomona, CA. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth, fast paced environment, you will utilize your experience in Human Resources to significantly impact and support the Rezolut team. We provide HR support for the multi-site remote medical imaging businesses within Rezolut, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to provide HR services. Essential Functions of a Recruiter: • Work with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including pre-employment screenings and employee onboarding., • Coordinate and implement employee onboarding, including creating electronic files and updating of files via the HRIS or designated systems., • Create job requisitions and successfully post to job boards., • Prepare and extend offer letters while following position approval requirements and protocol., • Provide monthly and YTD recruiting reports to include all job openings and new hires., • Facilitate and monitor pre-employment clearances in all aspects., • Communicate identified pre-employment concerns to hiring manager and/or supervisor., • Manage hiring mailbox and respond to emails within 48 hours., • Complete employment verification for all new hires., • Submit variable pay tracking for new hires who are bonus eligible, and update bonus template., • Assist with ADP registration and troubleshooting., • Manage onboarding documents and ensure information is up to date., • Attend weekly recruiting calls and provide updates on candidate onboarding., • Create job descriptions and save in specified folder., • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources, • Prior recruiting experience, • Experience with ADP a plus, • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance, • 401(k), • Basic Life/AD&D, • Disability Insurance, • Full-time, • Hybrid Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
