Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their insurance policies by processing endorsements, audits, and renewals accurately and efficiently. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions to ensure efficient follow-up and reference. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to facilitate smooth operations and client satisfaction. Continuing Education: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to remain knowledgeable about the latest industry trends and product offerings. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within commercial lines insurance. Licensing: New York State Property & Casualty Broker's License is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance-focused CRM software. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively. Customer Focus: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Problem Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate solutions. Team Player: Capable of collaborating within a team environment while also working independently as needed.
