The ideal candidate will bring structured thinking, technical fluency, and a bias for results. Role Scope
*** Client Onboarding & Retention**
Lead new client onboarding with energy, clarity, and confidence
Lay the foundation for long-term relationships built on trust and performance *** Campaign Oversight & Strategy**
Review performance metrics and extract actionable insights
Help clients understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we’ll improve *** Relationship Management**
Become each client’s go-to person — a reliable partner they respect and rely on
Build trust through transparency, consistency, and proactive communication *** Problem Solving & Cross-Team Collaboration**
Spot red flags early and step in before issues escalate
Work closely with our creative, tech, and media buying teams to ensure smooth execution *** Results, Retention & Renewals**
Drive tangible wins that prove our value — and make clients want to stay long term
Support retention and renewal strategies with performance-driven storytelling Core Requirements
2+ years in client-facing digital marketing roles
Proficiency in Go High Level or comparable CRM/automation tools
Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities (metrics, ROI, lead tracking)
Experience working cross-functionally in remote environments
High-level written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills Work Parameters
