Strong communication and customer service skills 6. Reliable internet connection and computer equipment Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with virtual tax preparation platforms 2. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations (federal, state, local) 3. QuickBooks or Xero experience 4.
