TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ASSIGNED PARTICIPANTS DURING THE PROGRAM HOURS AND PARTICIPANT IS NOT SEPARATED FROM A GROUP AT ANY TIME; EACH PARTICIPANT IS ACCOUNTED FOR WHEN THEY ARE OUT IN THE COMMUNITY OR USING ANY PUBLIC FACILITIES. To maintain daily documentation, to clock in/out daily, and to complete other Day Habilitation Documentation as required by the Program and the Supervisor. 12. To meet the deadlines assigned by the Program Supervisor, to ensure the documentation completed properly and submitted on time. 13. To maintain in the program a healthy and positive environment, including but not limited to safety, program/vehicle cleanliness, and maintenance of program supplies.
