Job DescriptionJob Title: Campus Support – Healthcare Call Center Rep (CSR) Open Positions/Hiring for: 4 openings Location: Glendale, CA 91204 (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm Weekend Availability (Overtime): Weekend shifts may be available and are considered overtime, as they are in addition to the standard 40-hour work week. While weekend hours are typically offered on a voluntary basis, mandatory overtime may be required depending on business needs. • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM Estimated Start Date: 9/16/2025 Minimum Qualifications & Skills • At least 2 years of healthcare experience in managed care, healthcare customer service position, experience working for a healthplan or medical group, or customer service call center experience in the healthcare field., • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience., • Strong understanding of medical terminology., • Experience with insurance verification, • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills., • Typing speed: 35 WPM; 10 -key proficiency, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry. What You’ll Do • Manage multiple concurrent projects and outreach campaigns, • Handle 14 incoming phone lines and make 1,200+ outbound calls weekly, • Conduct outreach for:, • Prescription pickups, • Primary care scheduling, • ER follow-ups and high-utilization member support, • New authorization processes and specialist referrals, • Support enrollment, marketing, and broker/benefit specialist inquiries, • Assist with provider transitions and annual wellness visit scheduling, • Document interactions and updates using Excel templates, • Perform self-audits to ensure data accuracy and task completion, • Organize mailings (e.g., OB welcome packets, portal activations), • Use systems such as EZCap, RIA, and NextGen for scheduling and documentationAdditional Responsibilities, • Route inbound calls or assist directly with scheduling, patient education, and portal support., • Prepare and organize mailings for ER follow-ups, OB welcome packets, and portal activations., • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal departments., • Contribute to enrollment, marketing, and provider transition initiatives., • HS Diploma or GED required. Education or Certificates in the Medical field prefered but not required, • 3-day onboarding with shadowing support from experienced team members (trainers: Rosa and Cynthia) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
