Once we’ve cracked the US East Coast model, the plan is to expand this rollout nationwide – turning it into a serious global revenue stream. The Role: Your mission is simple: Get our claw and vending machines into great locations on a revenue-share model and turn those locations into long-term, high-performing accounts. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from identifying target venues, to getting in front of decision-makers, to negotiating terms and overseeing successful installs. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, • Learn how to operate the Square register (prior experience with Square a +), • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner, • Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of beverages, • Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed Skills • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude, • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus, • Ability to handle transactions accurately, • Ability to facilitate and handle online orders, • Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry, • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments, • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
