Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves, coolers, and floor placements are fully stocked and visually appealing., • Rotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels according to company standards., • Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled., • Execute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal display programs., • Partner with Account Managers to support sales goals and promotional activities., • Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely resolution of any issues., • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts., • Communicate inventory and merchandising needs to the appropriate team members., • Safely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy., • Represent the company and its brands with professionalism, pride, and a focus on customer service., • Early morning start times, weekends and holidays may be required depending on account needs., • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, • Must be 21 years of age or older, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred, • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Benefits • 401(k) matching – A&B Distributors will contribute 100% of the first 5% after one year of service, • Accident Insurance, • Critical Illness Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Disability Insurance, • Employee Assistance Program, • Health Insurance PPO, • Life Insurance, • Paid Holidays – 9 per year, • Paid Parental Leave, • Sick – One week of sick each year, • Wellness Program, • Vacation – Two Weeks starting
