General Manager in Training (Direct Mentorship from COO) Denver, CO | Full-time $100,000–$120,000 base + profit sharing (Total Comp $120K–$250K+) Applications close May 30, 2026 If you’re serious about this opportunity, we will contact you by phone to begin the interview process with a brief screening. Read This First: If you’re someone who already knows you can be successful and the only thing standing between you and the life you want is the right opportunity and the right mentor, keep reading. If you’re willing to put in the work, want to be part of building something great, and want to be surrounded by A+ people who are all pulling in the same direction to make a massive difference in people’s health and wellness through nutrition, this is the job for you.. I’m the COO of My Fit Foods, and I’m writing this myself. I want the right person to read it in my words. The Opportunity: I’m hiring someone to take over a large portion of the operations of this business as we continue to scale and my responsibilities continue to grow. Right now, I have a window the next 6 to 12 months to mentor and develop one individual to step into a significant role inside this company. After that window closes, the person I pick will be running pieces of the business that today sit on my plate. Here’s what makes this role unlike anything else you’ll find: • You will be mentored by me, directly, in the retail storefront I office out of, • You’ll see how I think, how I read a P&L, how I solve problems, how I build culture, how I coach team members, and how I make hard calls, • You’ll be in the room My Path: The Path I Want to Give You: I started in this company as an entry-level team member. I worked up into an Assistant General Manager position, then General Manager, and from there I kept earning more responsibility until I ended up running the majority of operations for the company as COO. I want to provide that exact same path for somebody else. Why We Do It from the Ground Up: We have an extremely elite business model that I believe has national scale potential, but I need people who can learn it from the ground up. One of my core beliefs is this: if you’re going to manage people underneath you, you need to have an expert-level understanding of their roles. You cannot lead what you do not understand. This is a position where you’ll go through a real journey being exposed to what it takes to be an elite team member, an assistant manager, and a general manager. You’ll get full exposure to the My Fit Foods operation, and everything in between. By the end, you’ll have a level of understanding most operators in this industry never get to. From there, you’ll be a leader the team deserves. This is how we’ll scale nationally by building leaders who actually know the business. About My Fit Foods: My Fit Foods is a performance-driven brand built to change lives. We prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and effective because when you take care of your health, everything else gets better. We’ve spent the last eight years quietly building one of the most operationally sound businesses in the better-for-you food space, every system, every process, every storefront engineered to scale. We are not a startup figuring it out. We are a proven, highly successful business about to take a very deliberate step onto a much bigger stage. Along the way: • We’ve donated over 2.5 million meals to people in need, • In 2023 we were named in the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Who I’m Looking For: I’m not looking for someone who wants a job. I’m looking for an intrapreneur, someone I’ll treat like a partner. I need someone who is: • Humble and coachable — a true student, • Obsessed with the system — you want to understand how everything connects, • Hungry beyond reason — you have insatiable appetite for knowledge, • Selfless — you care about people and want others to win, • Disciplined and consistent — you live what you lead A Little About Me: I get up at 4 a.m. I work out. I cold plunge. I sauna. I live the lifestyle. I’m a family man I have kids, and I take that role as seriously as anything I do at work. My mission is to prove that you can be successful in business, fitness, and family all at once. I lead by example. I hold a high standard for discipline and integrity. I expect a lot of myself, and I’ll expect a lot of you. What You’ll Do: • Build and protect the My Fit Foods culture by modeling and reinforcing our core values daily, • Take full ownership of hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team, • Provide weekly mentorship and coaching to your people, • Lead by example on world-class customer service and develop your team to match, • Own your P&L analyze financials, build growth plans, and execute against KPIs, • Ensure operational excellence across cleanliness, inventory, payroll, and compliance, • Partner directly with me on local marketing and community outreach, • Run regular performance check-ins to reinforce accountability, • Communicate clearly with executive leadership on store performance, • Contribute in weekly leadership and strategy meetings What’s In It For You: • Earning potential of $120K–$250K+ based on performance, • Direct, weekly mentorship from me for the next 6 to 12 months, • A clear path to internal promotion as we expand nationally, • A structured leadership training program with a proven playbook, • A system and culture that supports your growth, • The opportunity to build your career inside a fast-growing brand, • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits, • Employee discount on meals and supplements, • Paid time off and long-term career stability How to Apply: If you read this and something fired off in your chest if this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for here’s how I want you to apply. Save your results and submit them. • 16 Personalities: [___] Be honest. Be specific. • What books or podcasts are you currently consuming?
