Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Store Managers and Assistant Managers to lead our retail operations. Cold Stone Creamery & Wetzel Pretzel , located at 309 Clifton Park Center Road,Clifton Park , NY is looking for STORE MANAGER/ASSITANT MANAGERS ! This is the best food service management job you will ever have! No alcohol! No late nights! Flexible schedule! Rotate through days, nights and weekends. You will lead a small staff of 10-15 crew members. Number of positions available: • Store Manager (IMMEDIATE OPENING) -1 positions, • Asst Managers (IMMEDIATE OPENING) - 3 positions Store Hours: Monday - Friday – 11 –8 PM, Friday - Saturday - 12–11 PM Pay - Based on experience Responsibilities (Responsibilities include but are not limited to:) • Customer Service, • Product Preparation, • Completing all required paperwork, • Making sure all equipment is properly functioning, • Ordering/Receiving product and supplies, • Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product, • Weekly Inventories, • Verifying daily deposits, • Managing employees, • Hire, train, schedule, • Terminating unsatisfactory employees, • Submitting payroll, • Handling customer complaints and store emergencies, • Maintaining a safe and secure environment, • Maintaining a clean, organized store, • Managing food cost, labor cost, expenses, cash control, • Local store marketing Requirements • MUST have must be able to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidays, • MUST have at least 3+ years of quick service restaurant management experience Qualifications: • Food service leadership experience, • Hiring, staff development and discipline, • Knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures, • Knowledge of managing labor and food cost, • Must have computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel), • Must have your own transportation, • Have the ability to work up to 10 hours a day on your feet, lift up to 50lbs and be able to clearly communicate with our customers, • You provide any food service handler's/Serve Safe certification required Does all of this sound easy to you?
