This Role Is For You If You • Are a proactive connector who thrives on finding and developing new business opportunities., • Have the charisma to engage clients and the integrity to build long-term trust., • Are obsessed with outreach, networking, and creating genuine relationships that lead to results., • Know how to collaborate and hand off leads like a pro, because team success matters more than solo credit., • Bring energy, resilience, organization, and a relentless drive to grow., • Knowledge of the plumbing, design, or construction industry is a huge advantage, but not mandatory. If you have the drive and professionalism, well teach you the rest., • Spanish fluency? A huge plus. Swagger? Mandatory. What Youll Be Doing • Expanding Chariots presence by connecting with new and existing luxury clients., • Building relationships with key decision-makers in high-end building and design., • Generating qualified opportunities and feeding them to the Design Sales team for closing., • Representing Chariot with professional polish and genuine charm at events, meetings, and site visits., • Partnering closely with leadership and the Design team to drive company-wide growth.
